    Our client is one of the largest manufacturing companies in Japan and they provide materials/components for automobile-related products. They are currently looking for Supply Chain Coordinators x 2 due to their business expansion.

    【 What you will be doing 】
    - Coordination / Negotiation with internal & external parties (customers/supplier & freight forwarders etc)
    - Daily shipment arrangement (PO generating/sending, SAP input, Sailing schedule arrangement / Invoice & BL checking etc)
    - Supplier and customer management (Order backlog & Forecast management)
    - Inventory control (For temporary & BCP stock)
    - Cost Analysis (Awareness of cargo cost and logistics cost)
    - Might require travel on a case-by-case basis (F2F meeting or remote meeting)

资格

  • 应征条件

    【 What they are looking for 】
    - At least 2 years of working experience related to Supply chain.
    - Possess basic knowledge in Import / Export (Incoterm / Invoice & packing list etc) will be advantageous.
    ‐ Preferably doing a similar role i.e. shipment arrangement or from freight forwarding companies
    - Posses good communication skills.
