Our client, a leading IT multinational, is seeking a skilled IT Security Engineer (Japanese Speaking) to oversee and support IT security systems. This role involves providing technical and account management support to clients and vendors, while ensuring effective collaboration with internal teams across the APAC region.【 Responsibilities 】1) Security Implementation & Monitoring:- Implement and maintain security configurations across IT infrastructure using enterprise tools (M365, Google Workspaces, ClickUp, Bitbucket)- Monitor and manage security for log analysis and threat detection- Stay informed about emerging security vulnerabilities and respond proactively- Implement and maintain alerting systems integrated for timely incident response2) Communication & Collaboration:- Work closely with the Tech department at Japan HQ to align on security measures- Provide guidance to IT managers at group companies, ensuring alignment with headquarters' directives- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain secure operations- Address client inquiries related to proprietary applications, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution3) Process Improvement:- Drive automation initiatives using tools like Power Automate, aiming to automate routine tasks- Educate colleagues on IT infrastructure best practices- Continuously update documentation and maintain security standards- Implement and maintain cloud security best practices, primarily for AWS environments
