This role of a Business Development Executive is responsible for driving regional business development, licensing partnerships, and sales expansion across APAC. You will be reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.Regions Focus: APACProducts: IP【 Responsibilities 】- Develop and manage B2B sales and licensing partnerships across Southeast Asia and selected APAC markets- Identify and secure new distribution channels and business opportunities- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and partnership agreements- Manage key accounts and maintain long-term partner relationships- Collaborate with marketing and regional teams to support product launches and campaigns- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance- Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and performance analysis

They are currently looking for a Development Executive (Japanese Speaking).【 What you will be doing 】- Schedule and oversee the development and production of card game products- Liaise with Japanese companies for the development and production of card game products- Translate and localize products from Japanese to English- Proofread localized text and product designs
