They are currently seeking a E-Commerce Inventory and Supplier Executive. This position will handle all inventory and supplier related tasks relating to e-commerce sales. 【Responsibilities】- Manage product line up based on customers or market requirement. - Collect and analyze historical data using statistical tools to forecast demand for different products - Minimize Out of Stock by actively monitoring stock inventory, replenish accordingly. - Work closely with suppliers to ensure profitability of items, cost reduction, and expand product line-up. - Work closely with suppliers for On-Time Delivery and expedite when necessary. - Handle customer inquiries via phone or email and communicate with suppliers if necessary. - Maintain or update product master database. - Work with other departments on product related activities such as product discount, quality check etc. - Collect statistics and generate reports.
