Job Description
Our client is a leading Japanese MNC company that specializes in the supply of tools and equipment. They are currently an Administrative Assistant (1 Year Contract). There is a possibility to convert to permanent staff/renew the contract, depending on individual performance, and business needs.
【 Responsibilities 】
- Assist the Training Centre in administrative matters, such as managing schedules, ensuring smooth daily operations, and assisting with projects.
- Follow and maintain SOP, refining workflow when necessary.
- Prepare the quotations and provision of invoices to customers.
- Handle the communication with internal stakeholders and with customers.
- Administer the feedback system with trainers and trainees.
- Perform date entry, consolidation, and preparation of reports.
- Assist with other ad-hoc duties

Requirement
【 Requirements & Preferences 】
(Must)
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- 1-2 years of experience as a Project Admin/Training Admin
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Highly adaptable to a fast-paced working environment and a good team player
- Comfortable working under contractual employment of 1 year, subject to renewal or conversion
- Experience and/or strong interest in the Japanese environment and cultureEnglish Level
