Business Process Improvement - Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity, accuracy and customer service levels. - Lead or participate in cross-functional improvement projects and business transformation initiatives. - Drive adoption of reporting tools, automation opportunities and workflow enhancements. 3) Inventory & Demand Management - Monitor inventory health, stock availability and demand trends. - Recommend actions to optimise inventory levels, reduce stock risks and improve replenishment planning. - Review slow-moving inventory and propose corrective actions to improve inventory turnover. 4) Stakeholder Management - Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Finance and suppliers to resolve business issues and support business objectives. - Influence stakeholders through data-driven recommendations and business insights. - Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely execution of agreed actions.
