Our client is an MNC chemical trading company in Singapore. They are looking for a Senior Sales Executive who will be handling the engineering plastics, polyurethane chemicals & silicone products.Reporting to: Senior Manager【Responsibilities】- Drive sales and marketing efforts for engineering plastics, polyurethane chemicals, and silicones across the Asia-Pacific region.- Manage credit control by setting up credit lines, analyzing customers' financial status, and ensuring compliance with company requirements.- Collaborate with overseas offices to expand sales opportunities and manage relationships with existing and potential customers.- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, working closely with them to align with the company's short-term and long-term goals.- Plan and strategize with suppliers to optimize pricing, distribution, and market positioning.- Monitor pricing trends by managing monthly or weekly price updates from suppliers to customers and distributors.- Conduct semi-annual sales reviews with suppliers and distributors to assess performance against sales budgets.- Prepare sales reports (monthly or as required) to track performance and inform business decisions.- Strengthen customer relationships to maximize business opportunities and market share.- Support sales presentations for new product grades to customers.- Oversee customer support activities, ensuring alignment with product marketing strategies and company objectives.- Ensure regulatory compliance across all sales and marketing activities.- Assist principals in achieving sales targets, adhering to fixed price lists and company policies.- Manage outstanding invoices and handle customer complaints to ensure timely resolution.- Provide market intelligence, sharing insights within the team to drive strategic decision-making.- Coordinate agent activities, technical services, and marketing initiatives to enhance end-user engagement and distribution efficiency.
