Our client is a leading retail company in Asia, specializing in health products. They are seeking a data-driven and customer-centric CRM Executive (Retail Loyalty & FMCG – Singapore Market) to support the development and execution of membership and loyalty campaigns for the Singapore retail market. This role will focus on driving member acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation through targeted CRM strategies and marketing automation initiatives.【 Responsibilities 】- Assist in developing, executing, and optimising membership-related campaigns and automations to achieve CRM KPIs (e.g. acquisition, retention, repeat purchases, reactivation).- Strategically curate and deliver engaging, channel-appropriate content across EDM, SMS, and other CRM channels.- Manage campaign segmentation and support end-to-end campaign execution, including requirement gathering, data extraction, deployment, communications, and performance tracking.- Track, measure, and report campaign performance; design and conduct A/B testing (e.g. subject lines, SMS copy, send timing, frequency) to improve results.- Provide timely analysis and actionable insights to enhance CRM effectiveness.- Collaborate closely with company stakeholders to maximise CRM platform capabilities and enhance personalised, dynamic customer communications.- Work cross-functionally with internal departments to resolve membership-related feedback and complaints.- Support ad-hoc CRM initiatives and projects as assigned.

Our client is a well-known Japanese consumer electronics company, and they are currently looking for an Admin Executive (Business Planning).Product managing: Home Appliances【Responsibilities】1. PSI (Production, Sales & Inventory) Control- Monitor and manage inventory levels by tracking sales performance, factory production, and delivery plans.- Maintain PSI accuracy as a key performance indicator (KPI) for the role.- Coordinate closely with the Sales team regarding delivery status, demand changes, and sales trends.- Liaise with factory Points of Contact (PICs) to align on production schedules and delivery timelines.2. Sales Reporting- Prepare and analyze sales reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.- Ensure data accuracy and reliability, as reports are used by the Sales team, Managers, and Managing Director (MD) for decision-making.3. Purchase Order (PO) Placement- Place purchase orders with factories in a timely manner based on the approved PSI plan.- Manage PO placement according to factory-specific lead times, considering different locations and countries.- Follow up on order status to ensure on-time production and delivery.4. SAP Master Data Management- Register new product models in SAP and ensure master data accuracy and completeness.5. Others- Perform any other adhoc duties as assigned by Management.
