Our client is a property development company. They are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator (Japanese Speaking) to support the sales team in executing real estate development projects smoothly and efficiently, with a particular focus on handling ongoing projects in Australia, ensuring high-quality customer service and internal coordination. 【Responsibilities】- Manage and support ongoing real estate development projects in Australia by tracking timelines, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders (local partners, consultants, authorities), and ensuring deliverables are met- Prepare property summaries, proposals, and presentation materials- Handle phone calls, emails, visitor reception, and general inquiries- Prepare, review, and file contracts and disclosure documents- Liaise with design, construction, and legal teams to gather and align necessary information- Take meeting minutes, manage sales tools, and support event operations
