Our client is seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Executive to support business expansion in Indonesia through the development and management of distributor and business partner networks.This role involves distributor management, sales planning, market analysis, supply chain coordination, and regular communication with Japan headquarters. The successful candidate will work closely with local distributors, internal departments, and Japanese-speaking stakeholders to support smooth business operations and sustainable growth in the Indonesian market.【Responsibilities】1. Business Development & Market Expansion- Identify business challenges and opportunities in Indonesia and propose effective solutions based on local market insights.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local distributors and business partners.- Support business negotiations, including contract terms, commercial agreements, and licensing-related coordination.- Identify opportunities to strengthen the company's market presence and support long-term business growth.2. Distributor & Channel Management- Manage relationships with distributors and channel partners to ensure smooth business operations.- Monitor channel inventory levels and maintain an appropriate balance between supply and demand.- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to support efficient end-to-end product supply.- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues.3. Sales Planning & Market Analysis- Conduct market research and analyse local market trends, competitors, and customer insights.- Monitor sales performance and analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement.- Support the development and implementation of effective sales plans and strategies.- Prepare reports and recommendations to support business decision-making.4. Japan HQ Coordination & Business Support- Communicate regularly with Japan headquarters regarding business progress, challenges, and key updates.- Coordinate with Japanese-speaking stakeholders to ensure alignment on business objectives and operational matters.- Collaborate with internal departments, including sales, logistics, and presales teams.- Undertake overseas business trips as required and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
