Our client is a Japanese MNC manufacturing company focusing on home appliances. They are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to further develop the company's strategic marketing plan and grow the company's business.【Responsibilities】- Develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans and tactics (in line with the company objectives) to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. - Manage the company’s marketing budget and coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities, and report on the key performance matrix with concrete ROI analysis both quantitative and qualitative. - Determine budgets and targets, and in charge of developing pricing strategies for products and services. - Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors and develop potential new strategic partner relationships. - Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications; a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels – content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis) and work closely with design agencies and assist with new product launches. - Conduct market research & analysis; Market insights and competitors’ development to enhance the company's competence in developing competitive products and services to gain market share. - Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups - Assist in Product Development team, Product Licensing Acquisitions & Accreditations from relevant agencies/vendors/suppliers; support in providing feedback on Quality & Service issues to ensure total customer satisfaction. - Coordinates and submits monthly, quarterly & annual reports and supervises to oversee PSI preparations updating and finalization. - Work closely with sales to assist in the analysis of sales forecast, monthly & annual sales achievement by dealer & by product.

Our client is a Japanese manufacturing company seeking a Regional Product Marketing Manager to join their Regional Marketing team in Singapore.This is a key individual contributor role, reporting to the Deputy General Manager (Digital Marketing Department). The role is responsible for driving regional product marketing strategies across B2B and B2C markets in Asia, working closely with HQ, internal specialists, and sales offices across the region.The successful incumbent will be hands-on, commercially driven, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders across diverse markets and cultures.【 Responsibilities 】1) B2B & B2C Product Marketing- Lead the regional execution of B2B product marketing initiatives, including the development and localisation of marketing content- Collaborate with regional sales offices and partners to implement industry-specific go-to-market (GTM) strategies- Support reseller training and partner enablement, including solution integration- Conduct product testing to identify strengths, gaps, and unique selling propositions (USPs)- Translate product insights into customer-facing materials for retail and eCommerce channels- Work closely with sales offices to adapt promotions and sales tools for local market requirements- Support eCommerce-related product marketing initiatives- Apply strategic thinking to product sales performance and inventory planning, working with internal teams to align product positioning, forecast demand trends, and ensure supply availability supports marketing campaigns and business objectives2) Loyalty Marketing- Coordinate test marketing initiatives related to customer retention, CRM-based loyalty campaigns, and post-purchase strategies- Gather, consolidate, and analyse regional insights on loyalty programme effectiveness- Align with HQ-led customer engagement strategies to deliver consistent and cohesive customer experiences3) Sales Office Collaboration- Act as the regional point of contact for product marketing between HQ and Asia-Pacific sales offices- Build strong working relationships with local sales and marketing teams to understand market needs and recommend appropriate solutions- Compile, analyse, and report regional market insights and data to relevant stakeholders
