Our client is a Japanese manufacturing company seeking a Regional Product Marketing Manager to join their Regional Marketing team in Singapore.This is a key individual contributor role, reporting to the Deputy General Manager (Digital Marketing Department). The role is responsible for driving regional product marketing strategies across B2B and B2C markets in Asia, working closely with HQ, internal specialists, and sales offices across the region.The successful incumbent will be hands-on, commercially driven, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders across diverse markets and cultures.【 Responsibilities 】1) B2B & B2C Product Marketing- Lead the regional execution of B2B product marketing initiatives, including the development and localisation of marketing content- Collaborate with regional sales offices and partners to implement industry-specific go-to-market (GTM) strategies- Support reseller training and partner enablement, including solution integration- Conduct product testing to identify strengths, gaps, and unique selling propositions (USPs)- Translate product insights into customer-facing materials for retail and eCommerce channels- Work closely with sales offices to adapt promotions and sales tools for local market requirements- Support eCommerce-related product marketing initiatives- Apply strategic thinking to product sales performance and inventory planning, working with internal teams to align product positioning, forecast demand trends, and ensure supply availability supports marketing campaigns and business objectives2) Loyalty Marketing- Coordinate test marketing initiatives related to customer retention, CRM-based loyalty campaigns, and post-purchase strategies- Gather, consolidate, and analyse regional insights on loyalty programme effectiveness- Align with HQ-led customer engagement strategies to deliver consistent and cohesive customer experiences3) Sales Office Collaboration- Act as the regional point of contact for product marketing between HQ and Asia-Pacific sales offices- Build strong working relationships with local sales and marketing teams to understand market needs and recommend appropriate solutions- Compile, analyse, and report regional market insights and data to relevant stakeholders

They are currently seeking a Petroleum Product Operations Executive to oversee trades and operations. This role will report to the Trading Deputy Managing Director based in Singapore.【Responsibilities】- Prepare deal contracts and negotiate / counter terms with counterparties.- Ensure all commercial and operational obligations and nominations arising from contracts are properly executed in compliance with company standards.- Handle cargo and vessel operations, including vessel screening, preparation of required documentation, and vessel bunkering where applicable.- Liaise with suppliers, surveyors, ship brokers, agents, and bunker sellers/suppliers to ensure timely and smooth shipment execution.(Due to the nature of operational duties, occasional responses outside normal working hours may be required depending on vessel status and movements.)- Monitor vessel movements to ensure timely delivery to receivers.- Coordinate closely with agents, surveyors, suppliers, and receivers to ensure smooth cargo shipment.- Manage trade finance matters, including Letters of Credit (L/C).- Handle operational claims, including but not limited to demurrage.- Calculate and negotiate demurrage with relevant counterparties.- Prepare pricing, issue invoices, and monitor payments.- Ensure all operational data is entered accurately and promptly into the company’s trading systems.- Prepare and maintain carbon-related documentation, including responses to renewable energy audits (e.g., GHG mass balance calculations).- Support ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required by the company.

They are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to drive project-based business development by identifying and working with main contractors, interior design firms, and construction companies to position their company products in large-scale building projects (e.g., hospitals, hotels, residences).This is a hybrid role combining project coordination and tender/vendor development, suitable for candidates with prior experience handling proposal-based sales in M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) sectors or building system providers (e.g., HVAC, water systems).【Responsibilities】- Identify and establish relationships with new project partners (interior designers, construction firms, M&E consultants) involved in large-scale building and renovation projects.- Support and guide vendors in incorporating water heater solutions into their tender proposals.- Follow up on project leads and build a robust pipeline by tapping into upcoming construction and renovation projects (residential, commercial, healthcare, hospitality, etc.).- Coordinate internally the engineering and technical teams to support project customization and solution presentation.- Regularly conduct site visits, gather project progress updates, and ensure the project is secured and progressing.- Maintain relationships with existing clients, and seek upselling or expansion opportunities.- Monitor project schedules and vendor timelines to ensure successful delivery and installation of water heater systems.- Prepare market intelligence reports and weekly updates for management on project status and tender opportunities.- Attend coordination and management meetings to ensure alignment with project goals and company targets.
