They are currently looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and driving overall store performance.Reporting to: Store Manager【Responsibilities】- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring smooth business performance.- Lead, supervise, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and maintain excellent customer service standards.- Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, and manpower planning.- Train and coach team members on operational procedures, product knowledge, and service excellence.- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.- Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues professionally.- Support inventory management, stock ordering, stock receiving, and stock control.- Assist in preparing sales reports and monitoring store performance.- Ensure proper visual merchandising and store presentation at all times.- Coordinate with kitchen, operations, and management teams to support business needs.

CSP Registration & Business Setup- Lead the process of registering companies with ACRA as a Corporate Service Provider (CSP).- Review and establish the requirements, procedures and internal framework necessary for CSP registration.- Ensure compliance with requirements relating to a Registered Qualified Individual (RQI).- Liaise with ACRA and other relevant regulatory authorities and manage the necessary applications.- Develop and maintain an internal compliance framework in accordance with the Corporate Service Providers Act and other applicable regulations.- Develop and implement internal policies and workflows relating to AML/CFT, KYC/CDD, sanctions screening, risk assessments and other applicable compliance requirements.- Manage ongoing regulatory and compliance obligations following CSP registration.2.
