In this role, an Accountant (Korean-speaking) is responsible for a full set of accounting.【 What you will be doing 】- Maintain a full set of account- Ensure timely and accurate closing of accounts and submission of reports to HQ- Handle all aspects of the financial accounting matters- Prepare and submit management and statutory reports to HQ- Participate in yearly budgeting procedure- Ensure accurate and timely financial and management reporting, cash flow management, budgeting and forecasting- Liaise/handle with the auditor to issue audited financial statements and proceed with the AGM with a necessary document including the Annual - Return form and XBRL- Prepare and file withholding tax/GST/Corporate Income tax returns- Prepare and file income tax returns for employees in both Singapore and Korea- Keep monitoring the yearly budget- Liaise with banks to submit necessary documents- Issue Invoice- Any other job duties which may be assigned
