The role of Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing effective marketing strategies and campaigns and executing marketing activities. You will be reporting to the Marketing Director. 【 What you will be doing 】- Formulate/develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns/events to promote the company’s products/services that align with market trends and business goals.- Track, review, and report the changes in customer engagement following the roll-out of each marketing campaign, and measure the effectiveness of each campaign using various metrics.- Collaborate with the internal team (Designer, Digital Marketing) to develop campaign materials and support the execution.- Collaborate with our in-house R&D and Product Management teams to develop marketing collaterals and support new product launches.- Collaborate with regional marketing team (in APAC countries) to share ideas and provide any support required.- Responsible for the company’s brand awareness and presence through the use of various marketing channels and interaction with internal and external stakeholders- Manage the company’s social media channels and ensure constant engagement with potential customers.- Develop and ensure all creative marketing materials (brochures, packaging design, etc.) undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines.- Plan, organize, coordinate, and execute marketing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition landscape.- Develop and design marketing campaign themes to enhance engagements for new products and promotions.- Plan and manage the day-to-day operations of marketing activities.

The Regional Product Specialist / Product Specialist is responsible for various diagnostic and patient monitoring solutions including PMS, Cardiology/Resuscitation, and Criterial care to provide sales, product support and consultation on product solutions, and clinical applications. Report to: Regional Commercial Manager, APAC.【What you will be working on】- Provide Patient Monitor Solution, Cardiology/Resuscitation and Critical Care product Portfolio.- Support distributor/channel partner and sales team on all product and application-related requirements. Attend to all product-related enquiries. - Plan and provide regular product updates, product, and application training to distributors/customers of the assigned customer account/territory/region. - Provide consultation on product configuration, solution, and clinical application to channel partner/distributor of the assigned territory/region. - Provide consultation on product configuration, solution and clinical application to customers/end users including clinicians, doctors, Biomed etc. - Provide product demonstrations, and product training and educate customers about the features and benefits of products and solutions. - Support distributor on projects, tender specification to review, and propose solutions to comply with the project and tender requirements. - Full responsibility for the sales process for assigned local customers' accounts/territory in Singapore. - Support and drive sales activities for the Singapore market and assigned customer accounts. - Provide product demonstration, presentation and solution to customers/end users, clinicians, doctors, etc. - In charge and ownership of local tender and assigned customer accounts, this includes tender proposal, specification review, tender submission, and related tender enquiry, etc. - Provide end-user product and application training. This includes training schedule planning, preparation of training materials, end user quick guide and any other materials/requirements from the customers.
