They are seeking a customer-focused Jewellery Concierge to join their growing team and provide personalised guidance throughout each customer’s ring selection and customisation journey.【 Responsibilities 】- Provide personalised consultations to help customers design and create engagement rings and wedding bands that reflect their needs and preferences.- Deliver attentive, high-quality service that reflects the brand’s philosophy and creates memorable customer experiences.- Manage daily boutique operations, including customer service, order placement with workshops in Japan, product inspections, inventory management, and display maintenance.- Support boutique opening preparations, including training coordination, workflow setup, and familiarisation with the brand’s products and service standards.- Participate in regular training to strengthen product knowledge and enhance service quality.- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.- Support promotional events, wedding fairs, and marketing activities as required.
