Our client, a renowned animation, film, and entertainment company specializing in IP and visual content licensing, product merchandising, and marketing across Southeast Asia, is seeking a Merchandising Executive to support the end-to-end development of licensed merchandise across Asia. 【 Responsibilities 】- Coordinate the development of new merchandise with external manufacturing partners and licensees. - Manage project timelines and ensure smooth execution throughout the product development process. - Coordinate internal product approval and supervision processes with relevant stakeholders. - Evaluate product pricing, profitability, and business feasibility using existing financial models. - Assist to prepare sales forecasts and estimate demand for new products in collaboration with internal teams and OEM partners. - Support merchandising strategy by monitoring product performance and market trends. - Prepare reports and presentation materials for management.

This role involves partnering with senior business leaders to drive organizational transformation and business growth across Southeast Asia.【 Responsibilities 】- Lead the analysis of employee survey data and organizational assessments, providing strategic recommendations to clients.- Partner with C-suite executives and HR leaders to design and implement organizational transformation and change management initiatives.- Drive business development activities by identifying and engaging organizations facing people, culture, and organizational challenges across Southeast Asia.- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision-makers.- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the development of consulting methodologies and best practices.
