    Our client operates in the security and safety industry, specializing in innovative solutions for various protective systems. They are currently seeking a Blast Engineer.

    They are looking out for self-motivated, dynamic and talented individuals to join our team. The main responsibility is to do blast analyses and propose security plans integrating operations and technology solutions with protective designs and/or blast measures for structural engineering works for the protection of buildings and infrastructures from explosion and dynamic effects (e.g. blast loading)

    【Responsibilities】
    - Design and analysis of structures under dynamic loading
    - Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
    - Preparation of technical drawings using specialized software

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Requirements & Preferences】
    (Must)
    - Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
    - At least three 3 years of relevant work experience
    - Understanding of applicable local building codes
    - Knowledge of structural design and analysis under dynamic loading and Finite Element Modelling (FEM)
    - Familiarity with blast engineering standards, such as UFC 3-340-02
    - Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels in both technical and non-technical environments
    - Strong written communication and report-writing skills in English
    - Ability to remain positively motivated under high-pressure situations
