    Our client is a leading retail company in Asia, specializing in health products. They are seeking a data-driven and customer-centric CRM Executive (Retail Loyalty & FMCG – Singapore Market) to support the development and execution of membership and loyalty campaigns for the Singapore retail market. This role will focus on driving member acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation through targeted CRM strategies and marketing automation initiatives.

    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Assist in developing, executing, and optimising membership-related campaigns and automations to achieve CRM KPIs (e.g. acquisition, retention, repeat purchases, reactivation).
    - Strategically curate and deliver engaging, channel-appropriate content across EDM, SMS, and other CRM channels.
    - Manage campaign segmentation and support end-to-end campaign execution, including requirement gathering, data extraction, deployment, communications, and performance tracking.
    - Track, measure, and report campaign performance; design and conduct A/B testing (e.g. subject lines, SMS copy, send timing, frequency) to improve results.
    - Provide timely analysis and actionable insights to enhance CRM effectiveness.
    - Collaborate closely with company stakeholders to maximise CRM platform capabilities and enhance personalised, dynamic customer communications.
    - Work cross-functionally with internal departments to resolve membership-related feedback and complaints.
    - Support ad-hoc CRM initiatives and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Requirements & Preferences】

    (Must)
    - Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
    - 1–3 years of CRM Executive or data-mining and customer behaviour analysis within the FMCG, Retail sector or Luxury Brands
    - Experience launching CRM campaigns via EDM and SMS platforms.
    - Strong analytical skills with hands-on Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
    - Experience in campaign segmentation and performance tracking.
    - Excellent command of English
    - Keen interest in loyalty programmes, customer lifecycle marketing, and working under fast-paced environment.

    (Advantageous)
    - Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g. Adobe Campaign).
    - Basic knowledge of HTML for EDM customisation.
    - Immediate or short notice availability.
