  Our client is the market leader in semiconductor test systems and equipment. They are looking for a DH Solution Consulting Engineer (FT Handler).
  
  As the semiconductor industry pivots toward AI and High-Performance Computing (HPC), the challenges of thermal management and device handling have never been more critical. This role serves as the technical consultant for handling and thermal solutions within final test (FT) environments. This role acts as a critical bridge between R&D, field service, and global applications teams to ensure robust, efficient, and scalable integration of advanced handling technologies. The position focuses on driving innovation, supporting strategic customer engagements, and enabling global knowledge transfer.

  【Responsibilities】
  
  1. Product & Process Expertise
  - Define and implement effective NPI solution setups for handling and thermal management with new technology integrations.
  - Validate mechanical, thermal, and automation performance under real-world operating conditions.
  
  2. Innovation & Technical Influence
  - Collaborate closely with R&D to influence design improvements for enhanced reliability, throughput, stability, and performance.
  - Drive advancements in FT handling, thermal management, and automation aligned with customer requirements and market trends.
  
  3. Customer & Field Support
  - Participate in strategic customer engagements, particularly for new handling solution introductions.
  - Provide consulting, troubleshooting, and solution-integration support for NPI activities, including mechanical (probe) alignment, thermal control, and automation efficiency.
  
  4. Knowledge Transfer & Enablement
  - Facilitate effective technical knowledge transfer to field engineers and customers.
  - Conduct workshops and virtual training sessions on handler operation, optimization, and best practices to support global teams.
