    Our client is a renowned Japanese-listed restaurant company. They are looking for an Operations Executive (Japanese-speaking) to support the General Manager and ensure smooth daily operations across outlets. This role is key in bridging communication between the Japanese HQ and local teams, while also coordinating promotions and in-store POP (Point-of-Purchase) materials.

    【Responsibilities】
    - Coordinate day-to-day operations and support outlet managers.
    - Liaise between Japanese HQ and local teams — translate, interpret, and ensure smooth communication.
    - Manage and roll out POP/promotional materials (posters, menus, table stands, etc.) across outlets.
    - Track KPIs, schedules, and follow-up on action items with operations teams.
    - Assist with projects, training programmes, and policy compliance.

Qualifications

    【Requirements & Preferences】
    (Must)
    - Diploma in any field
    - Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality
    - Proficient in English and Japanese (JLPT N2) to liaise effectively with English and Japanese-speaking counterparts
    - Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
    - Inexperienced candidates with a strong interest in the restaurant chain industry are also encouraged to apply
