  • Job Description

    Our client, a leading energy and infrastructure company. Since last year, our client has set up an Asia Regional ICT Hub in Singapore, which supports 7 group companies across the region. The Hub is responsible for IT support, operations, infrastructure, and security management, in collaboration with the headquarters and other regional ICT teams in the Americas and Europe. They also provide consulting and on-site support for group-wide ICT initiatives.

    We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented ICT Executive to support our growing regional operations and lead procurement functions. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless ICT experience for all our users and maintaining high service standards.

    Reports To: ICT General Manager

    【Responsibilities】

    1. ICT User Support (Asia Regional Hub)
    - Act as the first point of contact for ICT-related inquiries from users.
    - Provide day-to-day support and resolution for user requests, incidents, and failures.
    - Handle ICT troubleshooting, escalate issues where necessary, and maintain user satisfaction.
    - Create and deliver ICT training content and onboarding support for users.
    - Develop weekly and monthly support reports on team productivity and ticket resolution.
    - Maintain compliance with internal policies, procedures, and service levels.
    - Promote and implement best practices in user support operations.

    2. Infrastructure and System Administration
    - Support and administer Group Company's Microsoft 365 platform (Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Office Suite).
    - Manage end-user devices (PCs, iPhones, iPads, multifunction printers).
    - Provide remote and onsite support across multiple sites and group companies.

    3. ICT Procurement and Vendor Management
    - Manage procurement of ICT equipment (laptops, mobile devices, accessories, etc.).
    - Oversee vendor relations, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery and support.
    - Monitor inventory levels and lifecycle management of ICT assets.

    4. Singapore Office IT & Facilities Support
    - Manage local network infrastructure, including LAN/WiFi and video conferencing systems.
    - Support and maintain office technologies (access control, CCTV, meeting rooms).
    - Provide ICT support during internal and external events (e.g., board meetings, etc).

Qualifications

    【Requirements & Preferences】

    (Must)
    - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT or similar
    - 8-10 years of hands-on experience in ICT support roles, including:
    1. At least 4 years of office IT infrastructure management (Microsoft 365, PC/mobile devices, network)
    2. At least 4 years providing ICT service desk support for organizations with 200+ users across multiple sites
    3. 2+ years working in a regional/global HQ environment/MNC environment

    - Solid understanding and experience of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
    - Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM/ticketing tools
    - Proficiency with remote support and helpdesk tools
    - Working knowledge of basic networking and office IT systems.
    - Ability to explain technical issues in clear, user-friendly language.
    - Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and discretion.

    (Advantageous)
    - Experience with ICT procurement and vendor engagement
    - ICT certifications (ITIL, PMP, security, networking, etc.).
    - A strong understanding of Japanese corporate culture is a plus.
