• Job Description

  Our Client is a Japanese mechanical and electrical engineering company. They are looking for a Project Supervisor to assist the Project Engineer in carrying out existing projects and improving efficiency.
  
  You will be working at the Client's project site.
  
  【 Responsibilities 】
  - Assist in the execution of the project assigned to him by the Project Engineer.
  - Assist in the requisition of resources for the project such as labour, materials, equipment and others.
  - Assist in handling/storing of materials/equipment       
  - Reduce/minimise wastage of materials/equipment.
  - Supervise the subcontractor's work.
  - Liaise with affiliated parties for the material delivery.
  - Ensure the proper handover process of the project to the customer upon project completion.
  - Ensure safety practices are followed.
  - Assist engineer to carry out inspections of incoming materials and equipment for the projects at the work site.
  - Conduct quality checks of the subcontractor/vendor works daily.
  - Arrange site inspection with client/main contractors representative and update site installation progress
  - Update the drafter on-site changes regularly. 
  - Arrange and obtain a permit to work before execution of the site.
  - Raise non-conformance product reports for non-conforming products.
  - Carry out assignments as detailed by the Senior Manager / Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager.
