    Our client is a renowned telecommunications firm in Japan offering extensive global and local communication solutions tailored to the unique needs of each region. They are currently looking to hire an Inside Sales Executive to join their esteemed organization.

    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Handle renewal sales inquiries via hotline, and email, and contact both new and existing customers regarding their renewal needs.
    - Prepare renewal quotations using Excel or Business Central.
    - Collaborate closely with Maintenance, Presales, and Procurement Teams to ensure seamless renewals.
    - Draft Master Service Agreements (MSA) for renewal contracts.
    - Monitor and pursue renewal opportunities to ensure timely closure.
    - Recommend appropriate solutions and service plans to retain clients and prevent churn.
    - Following up closely with internal teams to develop effective renewal strategies.
    - Obtain renewal quotations from relevant vendors.
    - Promote multi-year renewal and managed services upgrades.
    - Utilize systems and data to generate necessary reports.
    - Identify and propose enhancements to the renewal administration process as needed.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 Requirement & Preferences 】

    (Must)
    - Minimum 3 years in a customer-facing role, demonstrating influence over various stakeholders through strong relationship and communication skills.
    - Experience in commercial negotiation, with a track record of meeting or surpassing renewal revenue targets.
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Salesforce, and Microsoft Business Central.
    - Strong understanding of daily operational processes and procedures, with the ability to act as a subject matter expert.

    (Preferable)
    -Experience in accurate forecasting and demand planning.
    - Work effectively in a team environment and generate high-impact results measured by renewal bookings
    - Strong organizational and able to handle multitask simultaneously
    - Meticulous, self-driven with strong follow-up skills
    - Ability to work independently and/or with a team with minimal supervision
