    Our client is a Japanese Restaurant that is looking to hire a Restaurant Manager/Assistant Manager for a Sushi restaurant.

    【What you will be working on】
    - Ensure the Restaurant's operation is Running properly
    - Leading and supervising a team of Supervisors and Crew.
    - Maintaining guidelines for food preparation
    - Teaching each of the staff to provide excellent service
    - Ensuring on-the-job training is conducted for all staff.
    - Checking on supplier operations and providing feedback to the Manager and store if necessary.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【What they are looking for】
    (Must)
    - At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in the F&B industry
    - Comfortable to work in a non-halal environment
    - Able to work weekends & Public Holiday

    (Preferable)
    - Possess Hygiene Certificate is an added advantage
