  • Job Description

    Our Client is a Japanese Listed Manufacturing company that provides a wide range of services in areas such as motive systems and freight-handling management, as well as in LED lighting and other utility-service fields, through comprehensive research efforts in electricity.

    The main clients are from the Marine industry. This position will be responsible for the achievement of Sales & Margin objectives for the defined sales territory of your respective partner accounts. This includes identifying and growing business in existing markets while identifying new growing markets with partners. You will assume complete responsibility for sales activity and development within a territory.

    - Execute promotionally effective marketing and sales programs for customers.
    - Establish and achieve sales goals and objectives for the territory.
    - Increase sales volume within the territory.
    - Submit and maintain proper customer records, sales, activities and other required reports and forms.
    - Develop proper relations and rapport with customers within the territory.
    - Increase sales revenue by contacting the strategic accounts with the consultative approach and building the relationship.
    - Identify the potential accounts
    - Build relationships with various types of influencers including the senior/top management
    - Work closely and cross-functionally with internal resources to manage day-to-day activities


  • Requirement

    [What they are looking for]
    ‐ Over 3 years of account management experience directly or indirectly with e-commerce and electronics retailers.
    - Strong communication skills both oral and written, possess the necessary skills to negotiate issues with peers, partners, and clients using a Win/Win philosophy.
    - Fluent in English and Japanese (JLPT N3 and above) Listening/Writing/Speaking is essential for communicating with stakeholders
    - Aligns a strategy and enables results through others, embracing an entrepreneurial mindset.
    - Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office applications, and CRM experience and maintaining an accurate forecast and preparing reports
    - Demonstrate experience and success within a team selling approach.

    - Knowledge Marine Products is preferred.
