  • Job Description

    Our client is a major distribution group involved in the storage, delivery, and supply of marine lubricating oil in Singapore. Currently, they are hiring a Customer Service Executive to perform and provide support to the transport team.

    【 What you will be doing 】
    - Committed to doing everything possible to prevent injuries and maintain a safe and healthy environment.
    - To support the OSH program and make safety and health a part of their daily routine and to ensure that they are following safe work methods and relevant regulations
    - Responsible for processing support (order processing, customer order verifications & follow-up with customer orders)
    - Prepare orders for Planner and follow up with customers when there is incomplete information or documents
    - Coordination with booking agents or ship operators for the status of supply schedule/vessel loading
    - Collate information for the planner if there are any changes for the day itself for delivery
    - Tally overall order received at the end of the day to ensure all order is not missed out
    - Ensure all delivery orders are received (arrange dispatch) once the job is completed and forward them to customers as proof of delivery
    - Closing of job orders for billing once the job is completed
    - Handle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
    - Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communications
    - Always look for opportunities to expand business share through building good rapport with customers
    - Other ad-hoc duties as assigned


  • Requirement

    【 What they are looking for 】
    - Possess GCE 'O' Level or Diploma holder in any fields
    - At least 2-3 years of similar experience in the transportation business
    - Experience in HMS (Haulage Management System) and new technologies

    - Proficient in MS Office
    - Able to work under pressure during peak periods & willing to take responsibility and accountability for their role
    - Good communication skills (both verbal and written) and excellent organizational abilities
    - Capable to work independently
    - Positive attitude and customer-oriented
    - Capable of identifying and suggesting improvements
