    Our client is a Japanese engineering company that focuses on undertaking projects in building services. They are looking for a Senior Technician.

    【What you will be working on】
    - Manpower planning and daily scheduling.
    - Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance on aircon and electrical equipment and plant system.
    - Able to investigate, analyze, and determine the root cause for faults and breakdowns.
    - Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and fabricators for ad hoc works.
    - Provide maintenance of air conditioning equipment
    - Regular cleaning of cooling coils, filters, and cooling towers
    - Replacement of fan belts
    - Emergency response in case of malfunctions is required

Qualifications

    【What they're looking for】
    ＜Must＞
    - Minimum Nitec in Airconditioning / Higher Nitec in Airconditioning/ Diploma in Engineering.
    - At least 10 years of experience in leading and operating a team of more than 10 technicians and workers for maintenance and servicing works at customers’ premises.
    - Team player, strong leadership, and able to work independently and under pressure
    - Able to commit to ad-hoc duties during the weekends
    - Possess Class 3 driving license
