• Job Description

  Our client is a well-known Korean company, operating duty-free shops overseas, including in Singapore. Operations Planner supports our Retail Operations teams and provides operational planning, and roster scheduling-related support on a day-to-day basis to ensure smooth operations.
  
  【What you will be working on】
  - To plan the optimization and publication of the monthly retail team rosters in accordance with business needs, regulatory requirements, MOM rules
  - Conduct scenario simulations, feasibility studies and analysis for the retail team roster
  - Calculation of OT, monitor the submission of AL, MC, and all types of leave in are timely
  - Input shifts in INFOTECH every beginning of the month
  - Mobilize headcount across all locations to optimize manpower for peak hours
  - Activate standby staff to cover staff on Medical leave
  - Assist Ops Admin in Visitor's pass application, ordering of operations supplies etc
  - Any other ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned
