    Our Client is a Local based Company that focuses on wholesale distribution of chemicals and allied products, currently seeking to hire an Operations Executive

    【 What you will be doing 】
    - Issue sales & purchase contracts after trades are done
    - Strong communication and coordination with traders in case of any discrepancies, missing information or inappropriate terms
    - Vetting of master LC to ensure all terms are in order prior to push customers to open LC
    - Arrange for LC opening in time prior to shipment
    - Prepare custom documents required for custom clearance
    - Prepare and present documents under sales LC
    - Preparation of document instructions for brokers, owners or suppliers.
    - Provide timely updates for vessel movement to suppliers and buyers
    - Calculation and submit claims for any demurrage incurred
    - Tracking of payment and settlement
    - Maintain proper filing for each shipment

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Diploma/ Degree
    - 0 to 2 years experience
    - Good communication skills, both verbal and written
    - Able to work in fast pace environment
    - Able to communicate in a multicultural environment
