  • Job Description

    Our client was established in 1993 by the top engineers from the Korean shipyard and global classification society. They are looking for Sales Support Executive to support the team to manage sales activities.

    【What you will be working on】
    - Responsible for order book management: Contract review, delivery schedule update and control, payment claim
    - Use SAP ERP program to manage contract list
    - Liaise with the logistics department to control the delivery dates with the shipyard
    - Upon the completed delivery, claim payment to clients
    - Support the sales team with any contract management process
    - Manage the list of outsourcing suppliers with the contract

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 What they are looking for 】
    ‐ Diploma or Degree holder in any major
    ‐ Fluent in both English and Korean (minimum TOPIK 4) is essential in order to liaise with Korean native clients and counterparts to follow up on their payment and delivery
    ‐ Experience with MS Office (especially Excel)
    ‐ Relevant working experience is welcome to apply!
    ‐ Ability to work in a team and is a team player
