Job Description
Our client is an Established air-conditioning company in Singapore. They are looking for a General Manager to control costs, bring in business and maintain a team that consistently delivers high-quality customer service experience whilst operating in a professional environment.
As a General Manager also formulates and recommends ideas and directions to drive changes in the group while maintaining a culture of innovativeness to sustain value creation in meeting the venue's competitive position and long-term goals. The incumbent will mentor and develops the teams, and future leaders.

- Oversee daily operations
- Ensure rendered services of the highest quality
- Act as a mentor to develop leaders and team in general
- Challenge new ideas while actively balancing risks and opportunities
- Develop business leads via sustainable relationships
- Drive customer satisfaction and improved market position
- Maintain a positive and inclusive working environment for all team members in the venue

Requirement
【 What they are looking for 】
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction and aircon servicing sector.
- Proficiency in written & spoken both English & Mandarin so as to liaise with both English and Mandarin customers for Air con installation.
- Team player with effective communication skills at all levels
- Experience working with different team dynamics.
- Good leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Confident and dynamic personalityEnglish Level
