  • Job Description

    Our client is a leading communications and security company. They are looking for an HR Manager to carry out Recruitment, Selection & Onboarding/Offboarding, Planning & Reporting, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, and Development Management.

    【What you will be working on】

    Recruitment, Selection & Onboarding/Offboarding
    - Support BU in planning its talent pipeline requirements to achieve business strategy
    - Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities including interviews, selection, offer and acceptance
    - Ensure efficient end-to-end process with onboarding and offboarding of new hires/exit

    Planning & Reporting
    - Drive the organization’s manpower planning initiatives to ensure that the manpower needs of the organization are well supported
    - Drive the annual manpower budgeting and operational budget exercise
    - Review the employee handbook to ensure all policies and procedures are comprehensively covered

    Compensation & Benefits
    - Conduct benchmarking exercise for salary competitiveness
    - Administering, evaluating, developing and implementing compensation and benefits plans

    Performance Management
    • Assist to review the effectiveness of current forms and procedures to achieve equitable and transparent performance evaluation that encourages open performance discussions

    Development Management
    • Identify training needs, and target groups and prepare training plans for all levels, including evaluation of training effectiveness and necessary reports for improvement
    • Coordinate the required registration process for industry courses, and the necessary documentation and database maintenance

    Others
    • Responsible for HRIS-related matters
    • Provide guidance to disciplinary matters
    • Manage group insurance renewal, health screening and employee benefits scheme

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【What they are looking for】
    - Degree in Human Resource Management or related field/equivalent
    - At least 7 years of relevant HR and supervisory experience
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office
    - Team player who’s able to exercise initiative, multitask and work independently
    - Good organizational, leadership and people management skills
    - Good knowledge of local employment laws/ work permit and regulations

    - Variable Bonus: Depends on individual and company performance (2 months based on last 2 years)
