• Job Description

  Our client is a leading manufacturer of lighting and automation solutions provider. They are currently looking for an Assistant Engineer / Engineer.
  
  【What you will be working on】
  - Application test for image processing.
  - Technical consultation of products per customers’ inquiries.
  - Technical product support for sales engineers.
  - Product training and seminars for customers.
  - Management of test lab and demo loaners.
  - Maintenance and planning of demo loaners lab.
  - Delivery and collection of demo loaners from customers.
  - Ensure the quality of products sent to customers.
  - Ensure documentation and compliance of products are kept up to date.
  - Responsible for products’ certifications and documents (RoHS, REACH, CE, CMRT or any kind of directives required).
  - Quality report for new and existing products whenever required.
  - Support the Production Department by ensuring that the tools and equipment are proposed, maintained, or improved, and procedures are adhered to in a safe and timely manner to support production yield and scheduled support.
  - Maintenance and calibration schedule for tools and equipment.
  - Take charge of the company’s safety directives and compliances.
