• Job Description

  Our client is a Japanese company that specializes in manufacturing and selling pastries and sweets. They are looking for a Designer whose main responsibility is to handle design and brand management.
  
  Reporting to Director
  
  【What you will be working on】
  - Design for the brand's overall creative. Mainly store POP, promotional material, and SNS material.
  - Prepare posters for promotions and events, shop decoration design, business cards and etc.
  - Taking photos of new products and making posters.
  - Management of brand visual identity and creativity, such as POP graphics, SNS, web, store
  design, store interior, packaging, uniforms, etc.
  - Guidance and check for more than 10 franchise partners in the world.
  - Working with product development teams to manage new product development and demonstrated the ability to increase productivity and continuously improve methods
  - Ensuring effective, branded marketing communications including the company website, print communication, and advertising.
  - Managing media and external PR agencies. Analysis of the effectiveness of all marketing efforts.
  - Demonstrated effectiveness in holding conversations with customers, customer evangelism, and customer-focused product development and outreach
  - Must articulate verbal communication, and interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, enthusiastic, empathetic, sales oriented and have a professional presentation.
  - Other duties and responsibilities, which may be assigned to you from time to time.
