    Our client is the market leader in semiconductor test systems and equipment. They are currently looking for a Customer Service Operations Representative.

    【 What you will be doing 】
    - Manage a portfolio of our customers on the quote-to-cash process for customer service agreements (CSA).
    - Ensure compliance with Policy and standard terms for all CSA deals.
    - Ensure all approvals for non-standard terms are received prior to the formalization of quote and order booking.
    - Coordinate with various business partners like Customer Team, Finance and Marketing Team on the execution of CSA deal for customer.
    - Timely escalation of any potential topics with the respective business partners to resolve issues.
    - Provide consultation advice to our business partners in term of customers’ behaviour relating to invoicing and payment to achieve better understanding of both customers’ and Company needs and expectation.
    - Prepare monthly order booking and forecasting reports to management.
    - Participate in ad hoc projects/assignment to improve operation efficiency of the company.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 What they are looking for 】
    - Degree in Business Administration (or equivalent area of study)
    - 2 to 3 years of relevant or related experience
    - Experience with Oracle system is an added advantage
    - Knowledge in Excel especially with formulas, macro are added advantages
    - Experience in working with Customer Team and Customers
    - Able to manage pressure and tight timeline
    - Demonstrated maturity, professionalism, high values and integrity
    - Requirement to work during some holidays in Singapore to support global operations (Taiwan, China, Korea, Japan, Europe, USA). Replacement leave in lieu will be compensated.
