  • Job Description

    Our client is one of the famous Japanese companies in the F&B industry. In this role of HR Senior Executive, you will be performing the full HR spectrum tasks to operate smoothly including payroll and tax, insurance, attendance management, leave management, Employee on/off-boarding process, application and renewal for a work pass, data management, catching the up-to-date information from MOM, and so on.

    Reporting to General Manager.

    【What you will be working on】
    - Manage the Employee Onboarding and Offboarding process
    - Manage the Employee data personnel administration
    - Handle payroll and tax
    - Update/report as per MOM's statutory requirement
    - Manage the foreign employee work permit
    - Support with project management of HR system implementation projects
    - Support and be involved in the promotion of operational reform and corporate transformation using digital technology
    - Research leading practices and trends in various HR technology and transformation
    - Handle all other HR matters and undertake tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【What they are looking for】
    - Minimum Diploma in HRM/Business Management or equivalent
    - At least 3 years of working experience in Human Resources, especially in Labor management
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English for both oral and written
    - Having experience in managing transformation within an HR or business environment, either in another consulting firm or in-house is highly welcomed!
    - IT-savvy person with and strong capability in executing digital transformation is desired!
    - A professional who is willing to change traditional HR using innovative techniques and insight is ideal for this position
