• Job Description

  Our client is a large Japanese manufacturer of a wide variety of chemicals and speciality products. We are currently looking for an Accounts Manager to manage full sets of accounts as well as consolidated accounts.
  
  You will be reporting to Finance Director
  
  【 What you will be doing 】
  - Quarterly consolidation accounting reports to HQ.
  - Cash flow control for the company.
  - Oversee payable and receivable accounts.
  - Performing and analyzing credit risk assessments.
  - Bank reconciliations and intercompany reconciliations.
  - Quarterly GST reconciliation.
  - Establishes internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget preparation.
  - Oversees preparation of business activity reports and financial forecasts and annual budgets.
  - Responsible for tax planning through the fiscal year; filed annual corporate tax returns.
  - Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
  - Manages the accounting staff who are responsible for financial reports, billing, collections and budget preparation.
  - Manages accounting IT system.
