The Site Manager will oversee on-site operations, manage sub-contractors and suppliers, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The role involves close collaboration with the Account Management Team, internal stakeholders, and clients.Reports to: Managing Director & Senior Account Manager【 Responsibilities 】- Ensure smooth project progress, timely delivery, and completion of office projects by site teams and contractors.- Monitor project planning, scheduling, and coordination of interior design and fit-out works.- Liaise with clients to track and control project costs, quality, and timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.- Coordinate closely with in-house Designers, QS teams, and manufacturing teams.- Work with contractors and sub-contractors to follow up on drawings, submissions, completion letters, and delivery processes.- Manage site operations, coordination, and safety meetings.- Monitor budgeting and expenditure control throughout the project lifecycle.- Assist in tendering for new consultancy projects and future business opportunities.- Perform any other duties assigned by management as required.Working Hours:- Basic hours: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (flexible depending on project requirements)- Direct site visits may be required without office reporting- Night duties on off-days (Sat/Sun/Public Holidays) may be required; off days in lieu will be provided
