You will be reporting to senior management to navigate from strategic to tactical issues. You will be a strong advocate and work relentlessly to ensure the cultural principles of the organization are practiced.【 What you will be doing 】- Support the Senior Management in Strategic Planning Initiatives, Business Review, and Implementation Support for the Management Team involving planning, organizing, and partnering with business stakeholders to align with business strategy. - Assist the senior management in compiling data and documents in order to prepare reports and presentations in Korean for the South Korean counterpart teams. - Proactively identify issues and areas of enhancement that provide value-added insights and lead/implement strategic initiatives. - Organize strategic events and support content generation for key business leaders. - Support cross-functional engagement by creating context, consolidating alignment, and drafting business-related reports, analyses, assessments, and presentations with both local business stakeholders and counterparts in South Korea. - Any other ad-hoc assignments or projects as assigned by the Senior Management
