They are currently looking for an Assistant Manager of Finance who is responsible for support in general ledger accounting, tax-related matters, budgeting utilization, and preparation of financial reports.This role will report to the Finance Manager.【 What you will be doing 】- Review monthly and quarterly financial and management reports required by headquarters. Perform analysis and commentaries on all material variances on a timely basis- Involve in the preparation of budget setting- Review works performed by Shared Service Center [journal entries, audit schedules, intercompany transactions]. To ensure smooth operations, the accuracy of Profit and Loss statements,s and correct charging to related companies- Review COGS calculation and analysis- Review hedge calculation and analysis on the effectiveness of the hedge- Compliance and Audit- Collaborate extensively with auditors during preliminary and year-end audits and annual tax filing- Review quarterly GST reporting and filing of withholding tax returns- Ensure compliance with group accounting policies- Make recommendations and execute improvement initiatives- Work with other departments to ensure compliance with financial requirements- Participate in special projects as and when assigned
