Our client, a Japanese travel agency, provides comprehensive travel solutions for B2B clients, including ticket bookings and recommended transportation arrangements. They are seeking a Corporate Travel Consultant to join their dynamic team, responsible for planning and supporting business trips. This role reports directly to the Japanese Managing Director.【 Responsibilities 】- Manage travel reservations and respond to client inquiries using GDS (Global Distribution System).- Advise clients, plan detailed itineraries, and coordinate business trip arrangements- Build and maintain strong client relationships and support account management- Ensure accurate entry of travel and client information into reservation and mid-office systems for global reporting- Available on standby after office hours to support emergency calls via company mobile phone (typically 0–5 calls per week)

The role of a Senior Sales Executive (Cargo) is to be responsible for servicing customers to meet their shipping needs, securing optimal revenue support, maximizing cargo load factors, and applying yield management principles.You will be reporting to the Director.【 Responsibilities 】- Achieve and exceed cargo sales targets by promoting the airline’s cargo services. - Identify new business opportunities and develop new accounts across various industries. - Build strong relationships with freight forwarders, logistics partners. And direct clients. - Maintain and grow the existing customer base by providing excellent service and regular follow-up. - Analyze client needs and offer tailored solutions that align with the airline’s cargo capabilities. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior, - Provide regular sales forecasts and market feedback to management. - Coordinate closely with cargo operations, customer service, and station team to ensure smooth delivery of service. - Participate in industry trade shows, networking events, and promotional campaigns.

Our client is a Japanese start-up clinic. They are looking for a Receptionist & Medical Translator to join the new team.【 What you will be doing 】- Answer the telephone in a courteous and professional manner.- Receive and convey messages in writing, verbally, and electronically/ e-mails. Check emails regularly.- Assist with patient registration and appointment.- Japanese to English and English to Japanese interpretation for doctors and patients (training will be provided)- Prepare claims form for the patient with insurance policy coverage.- Assist patients with vaccination bookings.- Receive lab reports, share them with the doctor, call the patient and conduct filing accordingly.- Orders for stationery and supplies for clinic usage. - Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and hospitals as required.- Prepare medicine as prescribed by the doctor.- Assist nurse and doctor when necessary.- Perform other duties and errands as assigned by the Manager.
