They are currently looking for a Business Operations Manager - Fitness (Japanese Speaking) to support the development and management of the business in the local market.Please note that this position does not involve providing fitness training or coaching to members.【 Responsibilities 】1) Store & Business Operations- Support new store openings and expansion initiatives- Establish, review, and enhance unmanned store operational processes- Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), including membership growth, revenue performance, and retention rates- Attend to customer inquiries and ensure service quality standards are maintained- Oversee equipment maintenance, vendor management, and overall store quality control- Perform other duties as assigned2) Marketing & Member Acquisition- Conduct market research and analyze local industry trends- Develop and execute customer acquisition initiatives across digital and offline channels- Drive brand awareness and support local marketing campaigns- Perform other duties as assigned3) HQ & Regional Coordination- Prepare and submit reports to headquarters- Coordinate with regional offices across ASEAN- Liaise with and manage external business partners- Perform other duties as assigned

Our client, a listed hospitality company, is seeking a Sales Manager to manage regional hotel sales within an assigned territory, targeting all relevant and potential markets.This role is responsible for developing and executing a well-defined, focused sales and marketing action plan aligned with the hotels’ overall marketing objectives and revenue targets.You will report to the Regional Director of Sales and MD.【Responsibilities】1) Business Development- Develop new corporate accounts and maintain relationships with existing accounts, negotiating to obtain RFPs (Request for Proposals) in collaboration with hotel personnel and utilizing available tools and systems.- Identify and pursue tactical marketing opportunities with airlines, travel agencies, and national tourism organizations (NTOs).- Execute aggressive sales campaigns on targeted accounts across the region through sales calls, telesales, and other communication methods.- Participate in trade shows and seminars, actively soliciting and following up on leads. Maximize exposure through creative promotion before, during, and after events.2) Account Management- Establish and maintain active working relationships with key accounts.- Conduct presentations to all assigned accounts according to the sales action plan.- Distribute hotel collateral to accounts within the designated area.3) Customer Support / Partner Management- Follow up on all enquiries/sales leads for all companies under the Group from potential and existing clients promptly.- Coordinate trips with travel partners and escort them as needed.- Maintain positive working relationships with hotel sales teams through timely and informative replies to inquiries, quality lead generation, and comprehensive information on qualified accounts.4) Other Sales and Marketing Responsibilities- Prepare sales and marketing reports, and update sales action plans and PR activities.- Participate in sales and marketing meetings as required.- Regularly update account, sales activity, and booking information in all company systems.- Adhere to budget guidelines and submit all expense requests to the Regional Director of Sales.- Perform other ad hoc tasks as directed by the Regional Director of Sales or the company.

They are looking for a Receptionist & Medical Translator to join the new team.【 What you will be doing 】- Answer the telephone in a courteous and professional manner.- Receive and convey messages in writing, verbally, and electronically/ e-mails. Check emails regularly.- Assist with patient registration and appointment.- Japanese to English and English to Japanese interpretation for doctors and patients (training will be provided)- Prepare claims form for the patient with insurance policy coverage.- Assist patients with vaccination bookings.- Receive lab reports, share them with the doctor, call the patient and conduct filing accordingly.- Orders for stationery and supplies for clinic usage. - Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and hospitals as required.- Prepare medicine as prescribed by the doctor.- Assist nurse and doctor when necessary.- Perform other duties and errands as assigned by the Manager.
