Job Description The project will be based at Thomson MRT
- preparation of contracts, including details regarding quantities of required materials
- on-going cost analysis of maintenance and repair work
- feasibility studies of client requests
- analysing completed work and arranging payment to contractors
- allocating upcoming work to contractors
- site visits, assessments and projections for future work
Required Qualifications Singaporean only
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or related Quantity Surveyor majoring
- Experience as QS more than 10 in General Construction Company
- Business level English and is a must for communicating with native vendors and site workers
- MRT, Highway and Plant experience will be advant
