Our client is a Japanese fashion brand seeking a Store Manager who can take initiative, think proactively, and lead the team by example.You will be reporting to the company Director.【 Responsibilities 】- Lead and motivate the store team, developing staff to maintain high standards of customer service and sales skills- Ensure all store staff adhere to store operation standards- Conduct daily briefings to staff on sales targets- Maintain daily housekeeping standards- Manage customer complaints when necessary- Provide training and coaching to the team- Contribute as an active member of the management team by setting, monitoring, and achieving store targets and objectives- Review store transactions daily to detect and prevent irregular or suspicious activities- Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies and procedures, making sound business decisions and educating staff- Assist the Assistant Store Manager with roster planning to ensure sufficient manpower at all times- Set priorities for staff to meet daily deadlines and develop short-term action plans- Communicate with the Visual team and oversee site maintenance when required- Conduct cycle counts/stock takes, aim for zero discrepancy, and submit monthly inventory reports to management- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assignedWorking Hours: 44 hours per week / scheduled in shifts between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PMWorking Days: 5 days per week, scheduled based on the monthly roster
