Our client is a Japanese eyewear retail brand with strong growth across Southeast Asia and an established presence in Singapore.They are seeking an Accounting Executive (Wholesale & Retail) to support their Singapore operations across both wholesale and retail entities. This role is primarily responsible for day-to-day accounting activities and coordination with an external accounting service provider.You will report directly to the General Manager.【 Responsibilities 】- Coordinate with external accounting service provider for monthly and annual closing activities- Maintain and organize accounting records and supporting documentation- Process payments and manage bank transfers in a timely manner- Monitor cash flow and support basic cash flow reporting- Support accounting functions for both wholesale and retail business entities- Liaise with Japan Headquarters on accounting-related matters (in English, with interpreter support if required)
