Job Description
Our client is an established company providing filtration and clean environment solutions, serving industries such as semiconductor, healthcare, and research. They are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator.
This position will report directly to the Managing Director
【 Responsibilities 】
- Provide full administrative support to the sales team
- Prepare and manage quotations and invoices
- Handle order processing and coordinate delivery schedules
- Liaise with customers and internal departments
- Data entry and report preparation
- Handle phone and email correspondence
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties
Qualifications
Requirement
【Requirements & Preferences】
(Must)
- Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination or related administrative roles
- Familiarity with engineering-related products or willingness to learn
- Good command of English for workplace communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
(Advantageous)
- Experience working in a Japanese company or similar corporate environment
- Experience in manufacturing or technical industries
- Experience with Ariba (SAP) system, or willingness to learn and be hands-onEnglish Level
