    Our client, a leading Japanese car leasing and rental company, is seeking a proactive and results-driven individual to join their team.

    They are looking for a highly organized, adaptable, and analytical Business Support & Analytics Specialist to provide essential administrative and analytical support, with a strong focus on [e.g., Japan, APAC, Global] operations.

    This is a diverse and hands-on role, ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is capable of managing a wide range of responsibilities, and has strong data management and presentation skills.

    【 Responsibilities 】

    1) Analytical & Reporting Support:
    - Assist in gathering, cleaning, and analyzing data using Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions like VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and complex formulas) to support various business analyses and projects.
    - Prepare and refine detailed reports, summaries, and presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint for internal stakeholders, reflecting key findings and strategic recommendations.
    - Support the creation of forecasting models, performance dashboards, and other analytical tools as needed.

    2) Operational & Administrative Support:
    - Handle a wide range of administrative tasks crucial for daily operations, such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, organizing documents, and coordinating logistics.
    - Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and invoice processing.
    - Manage and organize shared drives, databases, and information systems to ensure data integrity and accessibility. -Coordinate communication and workflows between various departments, often bridging language and cultural differences, especially with Japanese stakeholders.
    - Support onboarding of new team members, prepare materials, and ensure smooth integration.
    - Proactively identify and implement improvements to administrative and operational processes.

    3) Communication & Liaison:
    - Act as a key point of contact for internal and external inquiries, particularly those involving Japanese language communication.
    - Translate documents and communications (Japanese-English and English-Japanese) as required.
    - Foster strong working relationships with team members, management, and external partners.

Qualifications

    【Requirements & Preferences】

    (Must)

    - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business, finance, or a related field.
    - Proficiency in Japanese (equivalent to JLPT N1 or higher) is required to effectively communicate with Japanese-speaking colleagues, liaise with headquarters, and handle translation of documents between English and Japanese.
    - Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in large, structured corporate environments—preferably within Japanese companies—in roles such as business support, operations, or data analysis.
    - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, advanced formulas, and data visualization techniques.
    - High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create clear, professional presentations.
