  • Job Description

    Our Client is a global service delivery company focusing on data centre service delivery, physical IT equipment services and commissioning, comprehensive cabling, on-site support, warehousing, and international logistics.

    As the Sales Director for the global market, this incumbent will be responsible for driving business expansion worldwide, actively developing market channels, managing and nurturing key client relationships, and leading business growth to enhance the company’s influence in the global market.

    You will be directly reporting to the Managing Director of Singapore

    【Responsibilities】
    1. Market Development:
    - Drive business growth globally, expanding potential client and partner channels, including service providers, end customers, and supply chain partners.

    2. Pre-sales Support:
    - Provide tailored pre-sales solutions based on customer requirements, managing the full cycle from solution design to quotation.
    - In charge of client relationship management, negotiation support, and contract finalization to ensure successful deal closures.
    - Participate in risk and quality management during post-sale delivery to meet client expectations.

    3. Market Promotion & Brand Awareness:
    - Represent the company in market promotion efforts, and enhancing brand recognition by Actively participating in industry conferences and forums globally.

    4. Project Delivery:
    -Oversee the infrastructure service delivery for global AI projects, including the deployment of related equipment.
    - Manage the entire process from physical installation and performance optimization to ongoing operational support, ensuring seamless project execution to meet high-performance client needs.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Requirements & Preferences】

    (Must)
    - Possess a Diploma in a relevant field, (IT, Business)
    - Minimum 7-10 years of extensive sales experience and resources in the Data Centre industry with a deep understanding of the global market
    - Proficiency in Data Centre solutions, pre-sales support, quotation processes, with the capability to independently manage end-to-end business cycles
    - Possess excellent communication and relationship management skills to support negotiations, deal closures, and project delivery.
    - Strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for expansion, with a commitment to long-term growth in the global market.

    (Advantageous)
    - Proven work experience in Data Centre environment, network equipment, or data centre solution sectors, with a strong industry background.
