• Job Description

  Our client is a major player in the home appliance and electronics industry. They are looking for a Specialist - Logistics (Outbound) to join the Logistics Outbound, Business Planning Department. The incumbent will be reporting to the Manager of the department.
  
  【 What you will be doing 】
  - Responsible for coordinating, planning, and executing supply chain operation
  - Responsible for outbound order processing and documentation, including inputting orders into the business system, reviewing shipping documents and preparing Invoices and Packing List etc
  - Provide support to Sales Teams in servicing customers. Follow requirements from customers, check and monitor L/C payments, negotiate with checkers from the bank for any discrepancies
  - Liaise with internal and external transportation companies/departments for timely out-going deliveries; coordinate with transport contractors, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely delivery to clearance of shipments
  - Attend to matters such as insurance, customs clearance, and other shipping matters
  - Input and maintain data in the business system, knowledge of SAP system preferred
  - Compliances with Export control rules and regulations
  - Any other duties which may be assigned to you by your superior from time to time.
