  • Job Description

    Our client is a Japanese entertainment/gaming company. They are currently looking for a Senior Events Executive.

    【 What you will be doing 】
    - Provide support and guidance to the team members
    - Organize the company's official trading card games tournament circuits that take place worldwide (from the start to the end)
    - Recommend and execute creative enhancements that boost publicity, and generate engagement for various company events and tournament circuits
    - Manage shop tournaments
    - Manage PR materials to be used at events
    - Manage events budgets, and expenses and negotiate for best rates
    - Manage/support other events (including mobile gaming)
    - Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of events

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 What they are looking for 】
    - Min Diploma in Events Management/Operations, Marketing or related field
    - Min 3-5 years of relevant working experience will be preferred
    - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
    - Knowledge of trading card games will be advantageous
    - Innovative mindset to strategically plan annual tournament schedules for the company's Trading Card Games (TCG) brands
    - Basic knowledge of social media management
    - Open to work on some weekends/public holidays for Company events
    - Open to travel overseas for business trips when required
