    Our client is a Japanese IT consulting firm and currently hiring a Senior Consultant. They are rapidly expanding with many new opportunities and projects from banking and finance.

    【 What you will be doing 】
    - Enhancing the IT Service Management (ITSM) project management capabilities of the IT department in the client organization.
    - Assisting execution of improvement actions to realize sufficient IT Service Management (ITSM) capabilities in the IT department.
    - Collaboratively work with team members to execute improvement actions.
    - Analyze the workload of each project and task Adjust the master schedule of each project
    - Draft IT Service Management (ITSM) guidelines for the IT department
    - Draft template of IT Service Management (ITSM) deliverables (e.g. Policy, Standard, Procedure, Manual, Roles and Responsibilities, etc)
    - Draft project status reports for IT Service Management (ITSM) enhancement
    - Other relevant tasks (e.g. meeting facilitation, documentation, proposal of further improvement etc.)

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 What they are looking for 】
    - Bachelor's degree and above
    - At least 3 years of IT Service Management (ITSM) experience in IT project
    - Experience in consulting
    - Documentation experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) context (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills are required)
    - Systematic knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM)
    - Client-facing experience
    - Fluent in English and Japanese (JLPT N1) Listening/Writing/Speaking is essential to liaise with Japanese-speaking clients
