    【 What you will be doing 】
    - Collaborate with the Product Manager and other Engineers within the Scrum team, as well as across different product teams, to develop highly scalable web applications for our enterprise users.
    - Write clean and efficient code, adhering to high standards in style, maintainability, and best practices.
    - Contribute to design discussions to achieve a high-performance product and optimal user experience.
    - Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure best practices are followed.
    - Proactively ask questions to seek clarification and understanding of requirements.
    - Document specifications, designs and processes to guide future developments.
    - Proactively take the initiative to identify, troubleshoot and debug issues.
    - Innovate and challenge the status quo. Continuously finding opportunities to improve product quality.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 What they are looking for 】
    (Must)
    - Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
    - Minimum 1 year of experience in frontend development.
    - Proficiency in React is required.
    - Experience in web application development and knowledge of modern frontend technologies (TypeScript / Redux / Webpack / HTML5 / CSS3) is a plus.
    - Familiar with Agile (Scrum) development methodologies and product/software development lifecycles.

    (Preferable)
    - Demonstrate a deep understanding of high coding standards, test coverage, best practices, and clean coding.
    - Capable of implementing targeted optimisations in performance, engineering efficiency, and other key areas.
    - Demonstrate a strong understanding of frontend multi-tier application architectures, protocols, web stack and frameworks, as well as key concepts and underlying design philosophy.
    - Demonstrate the ability to understand the team’s long-term goals and overall business vision.
    - Possess strong communication skills, is a team player and great collaborator, and feels comfortable working in a culturally diverse team environment.
