• Job Description

  Our Client is a Japanese start-up IT firm. The role of a Web3 Tech Lead is responsible for projects such as technology selection, architecture design, establishing coding standards, conducting code reviews providing technical support for team members, and creating documentation.
  
  You will be reporting to the Managing Director.
  
  【What you will be doing】
  -Product Development which has a large front-end and smart contract development Volume.
  -Development process from task management to deployment, and building automated pipelines such as CI/CD.
  -Working with other teams to improve business strategy, product requirements, and specifications.
  -Participate in interviews and discussions on recruitment strategies, contributing to the growth of the organization.
  -Enhancing your knowledge of Blockchain-related technologies which is evolving at a very fast pace every day.
  -Participate in more upstream strategic planning and organization management, and be responsible for formulating and executing technical strategies to achieve business goals.
